Asphalt Plugs

Asphalt plugs are used when a client chooses to stake into asphalt. Tents must be anchored properly for safety. If staking into grass or dirt is not possible and concrete ballasts are not wanted, then asphalt plug will be the best option. The Process: First we will need to drill into the asphalt in each location a stake will be needed. After drilling we will stake the tent as normal through the drilled hole. After the rental, we will remove the stake and fill the hole with sand. We insert an asphalt plug into the hole to cap it off. Finally we apply heat to the plug allowing it to melt into place and ad a small amount of asphalt material over the top. When complete it blends in seamlessly. Ballasts are essential to anchoring when staking is not possible. Tents, Inflatables, Lighting Stands and more can be secured with ballasts. If your not sure how much weight you need, not to worry, we will calculate ballasts sizes and weights for your items. Don't forget the block covers. Concrete blocks can be ugly. Use our block covers to add elegance to the event. Not sure how many blocks you need? No worries, we will add the proper amount of weights for your tents or inflatables. $10 each Our 50 foot AC cord is great for every event needing to extend power. These cords work in many applications. this is a 12 gauge cord with a standard 3 prong head. This cord has a lit head to show power is connected. -
$65 each If your renting our 25 KVA generator, you are probably going to need a way to distribute power. This 50 amp spider box allows you to distribute 50 amps across 6 stander 20 amp outlets. Have your own power source and just need the box? no problem, rent the spider box to add to your existing power situation. -
$295 - $495 each If your going to need more power than a small generator can offer, the 25 KVA diesel generator is the answer. With 2, 50 Amp circuits and additional 20 amp circuits on board, we can run plenty of power for your event. Need additional distance? Consider adding a spider box. This generator will come with a full tank of diesel fuel. It is required that you return the unit full of diesel or be charges the premium refill rate. It is $3.00 over the current gas price average for the area, per gallon. This price will be determined on the day of the rental. You can use your own fuel, it has to be diesel. The first 8 hours of run time is built in to the cost. Generator requires delivery. Is not available for pick up. Delivery fees will be applied. -
