Concrete Ballasts
Ballasts are essential to anchoring when staking is not possible. Tents, Inflatables, Lighting Stands and more can be secured with ballasts. If your not sure how much weight you need, not to worry, we will calculate ballasts sizes and weights for your items. Don't forget the block covers. Concrete blocks can be ugly. Use our block covers to add elegance to the event. Not sure how many blocks you need? No worries, we will add the proper amount of weights for your tents or inflatables. Due to safety and insurance requirements, delivery is required for this product. Delivery rates are based on location, so please contact us to find out the cost of delivery to your location. -
Asphalt Plugs
$25 Each
Asphalt plugs are used when a client chooses to stake into asphalt. Tents must be anchored properly for safety. If staking into grass or dirt is not possible and concrete ballasts are not wanted, then asphalt plug will be the best option. The Process: First we will need to drill into the asphalt in each location a stake will be needed. After drilling we will stake the tent as normal through the drilled hole. After the rental, we will remove the stake and fill the hole with sand. We insert an asphalt plug into the hole to cap it off. Finally we apply heat to the plug allowing it to melt into place and ad a small amount of asphalt material over the top. When complete it blends in seamlessly. Due to safety and insurance requirements, delivery is required for this product. Delivery rates are based on location, so please contact us to find out the cost of delivery to your location. -
$40 Our water misting fan provides the perfect cool breeze at your event. Our Misting fans can be attached to a tent, one of our weighted poles, or almost anywhere. The misting fans are 12 inches across and have 5 high pressure fine misting nozzles that disperse mist into the fans air stream. The misting fans need to be attached to a water spigot. Water pressure is important so please call us to discuss how to check your water pressure on site. They are all white and can be adjusted for speed. -
